Merita Tucker
Managing Director
MBA, CIM (PG Dip.)
Merita leads Accrue Apparel Group with more than three decades in end-to-end apparel manufacturing and sourcing. Most recently CEO of Rossli Holdings, she built multi-category programs and export pipelines while owning P&L and delivery.
Before that, she served as Senior Manager, Business Development at NEXT Manufacturing, driving new-brand onboarding and revenue growth, and as General Manager – Marketing & Merchandising at Timex (T&FG), where she led market business units and full lifecycle execution from development and costing through bulk production and on-time ex-factory. Earlier leadership roles at Brandix, Crystal Martin, and leading buying offices sharpened her command of lingerie, activewear, kidswear, denim, outerwear, uniforms, and fashionwear.
Known for pairing audited capacity with clear PO visibility, Merita specialises in target-price engineering, fabric/trim sourcing strategy, and disciplined critical-path/AQL quality management. She now channels this operating model at Accrue placing each program on the right certified lines and balancing speed, quality, and compliance to meet brand goals.
Ian Tucker
Director

Ian leads commercial operations and delivery frameworks at Accrue Apparel Group, pairing an engineering background with hands-on aviation and sales experience. He holds a BSc(Eng)(Hons) from University of Technology Sydney.
Before Accrue, Ian worked across aircraft operations and technical services in APAC region bringing in experience with aircraft sales and management, handling, negotiations, escrow and delivery coordination, as well as work as an art broker/curator, sharpening stakeholder and deal-making skills.
At Accrue, Ian bridges client and factory teams between Sydney and Colombo, overseeing line placement, PO milestone control, logistics, and AQL-based quality reporting. He specialises in aligning target cost, lead time and compliance on every program, ensuring clear visibility from tech pack to ex-factory.
